Diagnosing Adults

Evaluation Process

We provide thorough, compassionate ADHD evaluations for all ages. Our goal is to help individuals and families better understand their challenges and feel empowered to take positive steps forward. The initial consultation explores whether ADHD may be affecting areas like behavior, emotions, school, work, or relationships. We will review developmental, medical, and family history, including any trauma. Through interviews with the individual and key people in their life—such as parents, teachers, partners, or caregivers—we aim to build insight, foster self-awareness, and support meaningful changes in daily life.

Diagnosing Adults

An adult ADHD diagnosis can be life changing. Undiagnosed individuals often struggle with relationships and careers, and this has significantly affected their self-esteem. Receiving a diagnosis provides validation and empowerment to improve well-being and daily functioning. Our assessments are comprehensive, providing clarity and guidance for effective support and treatment. Once diagnosed, an individual can learn effective coping skills for such challenges as time management, impulsive behaviors, handling money, and improving organizational skills.

We have developed an assessment program called PACT, designed specifically for adults.
